time and place...

a scent that catches your nose... a comment that someone says... a place that you've been... or even things you see around you... that bring back a mountain of memories... its as if your memories are rewound in your head then only the most memorable parts are played back... it always makes me smile... but then its quickly followed by a sigh of how things are so different now... i haven't lost hope... and i never will... i know things like this take a long time... i just need to focus on the larger picture... the bigger goals ahead... i believe that there will come a place and time to where everything will just feel right... i'll keep waiting for that time... but for now... baby steps...
